..Howdy! It’s been a while since my previous post. Just had my PM shift awhile ago, though the shift was not that tedious, I felt so downhearted not with the shift rather on the issues arising within our unit.
Experience is the best teacher indeed. Even how much people would try to feed you with basic information you could never comprehend until you actually participated in the situation.
A newbie handled a NICU baby it wasn’t her first though. However, an unexpected dilemma arise in the middle of the shift when her preterm baby was extubated. On the positive side, at least the ET tube of the baby was changed so the clogged secretions would be removed. Anyhow the pessimistic side was that Resident doctors would put the blame on the NOD. Its inevitable that babies do move vigorously. Its a disappointing that they would give side comments and would throw a line, “don’t let her handle with this baby again.” Instead of giving constructive criticism in order for the newbie to grow holistically, they are dragging her down.
As the shift ended and we ate our favorite snacks, French fries dipped in a sundae, and my night was enlightened.. “ummm. Noooom. nooom”
Unfortunately, no picture of Sundae ‘coz my mouth is faster than my hands.. haha :))
Latter, received messages similar to this. I remembered its the 1st day of the month therefore its our monthsary.. Awww. haha. :) ♥♥
Hopefully, can meet together to have a post celebrations :))

Another month to spread our love ♥
Tomorrow would be our second monthsary :) yipeeey! It felt good that a month ago we we just spent our FIRST MONTHSARY and now another month have passed.
FIRST DAY of the month ♥♥ spread some love and friendship.
Yohooo! Cheers to all of us. I’m excited on how we would spend it together, I hope this time all could come except for those who went home :c

My college friends called me to have a chit-chats, though I’ll be having my night duty later that night. I ran to the CR took a bath prepared my uniform and my scrub suits and off to my friend’s house. Ola! We ate our dinner, shared stories and we suddenly think of eating halo-halo :) There you have it, we went to the famous Halo-Halo-an in Tabunok it seems that we don’t ran out of chika! hahha. Until we reached to the topic of monthsaries :)
**Who says monthsaries are only for couples? We have one also, every 1st day of the month we promised to take an off on our busy scheds and celebrate together another month of strong friendship :)
